Please read these Refund Policy carefully before using Sledge's platform

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and billing are handled on the Sledge platform.

Sledge provides immediate access to software, automation tools, AI-powered workflows, and infrastructure upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital services and associated processing costs, payments are generally non-refundable.

By using Sledge, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Acceptance of Policy

By subscribing to Sledge services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not proceed with subscription or payment.

Subscription Fees

All subscription fees, including monthly and annual plans:

  • Are non-refundable once charged
  • Are not eligible for prorated refunds
  • Are not refundable for partial usage or unused time

Once a billing cycle begins, the associated fees are considered fully earned.

Subscription Terms

Sledge subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis:

  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month
  • Annual plans renew automatically each year
  • Payments are charged at the start of each billing cycle

By subscribing, you authorize Sledge to automatically charge your selected payment method unless canceled before renewal.

Usage-Based Charges

Certain features may incur additional usage-based costs, including:

  • AI processing and token usage
  • Document ingestion and data extraction
  • File storage
  • Third-party integrations and API usage

All such charges:

  • Are billed based on actual usage
  • Are non-refundable once incurred

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused time

For clarity:

  • Monthly plans remain active until the end of the billing month
  • Annual plans remain active until the end of the yearly term

After the term ends, the subscription will not renew.

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  • You must first cancel any active subscription
  • Account deletion is not allowed during an active subscription
  • Once canceled, your account can be deleted at any time

No Guarantee of Refunds

Except where required by law:

  • Sledge does not guarantee refunds for any reason
  • Dissatisfaction, non-usage, or failure to cancel does not qualify for refunds

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Loss of access to data
  • Additional administrative actions where permitted

We strongly recommend contacting support first to resolve any billing issues.

Updates to This Policy

Sledge may update this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
